Crashes before even saying "Sony Entertainment Europe presents". Thread softlocks and cannot close RPCS3 correctly.
Game version (apparently it has to do with the game version also, according to other region reports of the same game) : 1.00
EDIT : Version 1.07 : It goes to the "Installation" part, but then, it shows "Sony Computer Entertainment presents" but nothing after.

The game does not work completely, the tracks are not loaded, etc. The assembly has nothing to do with it.
All settings have been tried.
The photo mode works only, and then with Read color buffers- "On" (see screenshot 1).
Ready to send either whole game for test or compressed archives *pkg (installed about 1.5 hours) RPCS3\dev_hdd0\game\NPEA00502 ,25 gigabytes.

Hello, and thank you for your fantastic work with RPCS3 thus far. As noted on the wiki, the game is mostly playable on versions 1.01 through 1.05. I have followed its suggested settings, including debug ones, and I have indeed played a bit of it mostly fine on my laptop 5500u (roughly equal to a desktop R5 2600 or i7-8700), at some 35FPS. It also notes that past 1.06 performance gets significantly worse. I was able to update the game to the last version, 1.22, though I had to manually install and launch the game for each update, as doing it all at once crashed RPCS3. Past 1.06, I have small artefacts on the menus, and when I launch a race, only the UI is drawn (first image). After enabling Write Colour Buffers and Read Colour Buffers as the wiki suggested, the races now launch but I indeed fell to about 9FPS. Moreover, I'm getting these artefacts. Interestingly, performance improved by about 3-4FPS when I updated to 1.17. Now I have these artefacts as well as stuttering and desync.
