Thanks AniLeo and RPCS3 team for implementing this. Can really jazz up the emulator now!

I didn't implement stylesheets system, they're a part of QT.
I just wrote a couple of stylesheets targeted at RPCS3, you can write completely different styles if you want with the help of CSS and QT Documentation at https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/stylesheet-examples.html
