I'm new to RPCS3 so I've been watching YouTube videos to figure out how to set things up. Most videos I watch are a year old and outdated, most of them instruct you to go to the utilities tab to apply the SPRX files. I just can't seem to find that tab so can somebody help me please I'm running 0.0.5-6494-ec0cd9f00 Alpha, the latest build. -Thankyou

You're not supposed to watch youtube videos to set up, they're mostly incorrect. There's a quickstart guide for some reason.
You're not supposed to do SPRX decryption, we had to hide the setting because of random people on youtube trying to guess what to do.
