I keep having 10-30fps in-game. I don't know why is this happening but I really need help because I can't complete a gameplay if I can't have it in faster speeds. I was playing PDF2nd but some of the songs were 20+fps but others are 19 or below FPS. I really want to know if my laptop is good for playing RPCS3 so I need help. And I put my system specs in the pic I uploaded.

Your CPU is an underclocked pentium (dual-core, 4 threads) at 1.90GHz - it's garbage.
It can't get much worse, you need a new computer.
