Only settings other than default is at audio , check buffering and decrease to 30ms . That seems to completely fix the audio stuttering and noise.
Works perfectly on Ryzen 3800x + gtx 1070
On ryzen 2700U + rx 560X you get 12 fps.
In other words you need a decent pc to run this game at 30 fps.
Completed 3 levels with no texture glitch or audio bugs with this setup.
I think you can move to playable .

The game crashes on Vulkan when using Turing cards, but OpenGL works just fine aside from lower performance.
Game appears to function just fine otherwise.

Goes in-game on version 1.00, but after applying all updates up to the latest (v1.33) the game gets stuck on a seemingly infinite loading screen after the intro cutscene.
All updates for BCUS98245 were retrieved directly from Sony's server/s (b0.ww.np.dl.playstation.net).
(The red border is the result of not adjusting screen size when asked by the game on first launch.)

AFTER THE TUTORIAL THE
GAME STOPS TO FUNCTION
I got it working fine without any crashes after setting it to OpenGL instead of Vulkan. I keep getting crash on intro video when using Vulkan.

Tested on a Hard Drive Disk, so speed is definitely not an issue with this game.
All updates up to 1.33 are applied, I noticed that was an issue before, but it's not an issue here.
Got a smooth and silky 30fps across the board, only noticeable slowdowns occurring during big parts like when the camera zooms out.
Some texture issues here and there, best example being in one of DaVinci's paintings. Otherwise, completely fine. Think it can go into playable.
Not sure it's quite ready to go into playable yet. From what I'm seeing in this thread, it looks like it's only been working well on Ryzen hardware. Every instance of subpar performance has had an Intel processor from what I could tell. I have an Intel processor though, and I was able to get this game to work relatively well, but there are still some glaring issues.
Through setting the SPU Decoder to ASMJIT, capping the framerate at 30fps, and enabling GPU Texture Scaling and Force CPU Blit Emulation, I was able to get it to run at 30 FPS most of the time, even through some heavier cutscenes, but it does drop substantially from time to time for maybe a second or two. But my main two issues are kind of strange. The more pressing of the two is that the game crashes on returning to the pod EVERY time, and for some reason, every character is swaying side to side like you could with the ps3 gyroscope, but it's constant and doesn't stop, and it ends up ruining my immersion in some cases.
Not too sure why it's happening, but I do know that it stopped happening when I switched my SPU Decompiling method, but any SPU decompiling method other than ASMJIT caused the framerate to drop to 5-10 fps.
P.S.
As of writing this, I had it running in the background, and this bug seems to die down over time while standing still, the swaying has stopped completely after about 10 minutes. It starts right back up again if I move though. I also have not yet found any fix to the bug where it crashes when I enter the pod from a level, I've just been dealing with having to reboot the game each time, which isn't too bad because it starts up relatively quick.
