I have 30 fps at start up of game but once I get in to the game I drop to about on average 12 fps. I have the tutorial setup recommended and I cant get the frame rate any higher. I have Geforce GTX 960 with i7 processor 8GB ram. Any possible solutions would be greatly appreciated!
