can we load cheats with artmis if load then how we load it

i think it comes preloaded with many different eboot.bin mods...
much more improved speed 17 to 20 fps now but when is cheat function available in rpcs3

Artemis does work, but there's no way to use any of the cheats.. as soon as you click start game, the process finishes.. The emulator thinks you're finished with it and completes it's process. Somehow, RPCS3 needs to support TSR (Terminate and Stay Resident) functions, but that is for the developers, if they want to pursue it.. it may not be possible.
Would be interesting to see if Artemis is run from MultiMAN, if it works that way.

The program Cheat Engine works. They have tutorials as well on how to use it in console emulators.
