It seems in the games I am playing. FPS isn't hitting the target or runs above it even with the limiter on. Examples are Dragon's Crown 58-59 FPS instead of 60, Nier 25-37, Drakengard 3 55-62 and Persona 4 Arena Ultramax will be at a constant 62 FPS.
Even though I have more then enough headroom in CPU usage, on all but Nier, and my videocard isn't even trying yet. I was wondering if anyone is have these oddities? I get that it is way in the early stages but kind of makes me wonder if I am just doing something obvious and dumb.
