FPS is far too low to be considered playable.

Still ingame, graphics have improved but performance has major issues still

I believe this game may be Playable at this point. I have no issues other than while building shaders. All movies seem to run correctly and I can maintain 30 fps the whole time (I believe the game is native 30fps?)

Sorry if I have missed anything or am not reporting this correctly. I have played about 2hrs with no issues. I will continue to play and test if I get a chance.

I believe this game deserve the "Playable" title
as someone with a Low-B Mobile CPU i manage to get stable 30FPS when playing (Yes the game is locked 30), on default settings
sure theres a big drop when first booting the game and compilation start but after most of the compilation is done its flat 30

and the fact that it has been like 7 years since the last report

also the game is savestate compatible (usually only games that is marked "Playable" can be savestated)
so yeah

In-game > Playable
