The game doesn't react after pressing START.

I reached ingame after the intro and tutorial with tg.
Face textures are not rendered correctly.
60 fps in the menus, 9 ingame.

If your log file is too big try using .7z LZMA2 Ultra, I tried it myself on your log file but it was still slightly over 4MB because the log also has information of the time you ran Top Spin 4. I deleted that unnecessary information and archived the log for you again. Always restart RPCS3 before running a game if you're going to do a report then the log will be clean and only show the one run of that game.
