RPCS3 0.0.3-3-170a95f Alpha

Intel i7-5820K
32 GB RAM
GTX 1080 - Current drivers

Initial black screen and nothing.

F {PPU[0x1000018] Thread (HLE Video Decoder)} class std::runtime_error thrown: Unsupported time_base.num (180000/1, tpf=2)

(in file Emu\Cell\Modules\cellVdec.cpp:337)
Can you try load autmatic and manual libraries and then load vdec? Might fix the error.

Automatic Load Libraries:

F {PPU[0x1000018] Thread (HLE Video Decoder)} class std::runtime_error thrown: Unsupported time_base.num (180000/1, tpf=2)

(in file Emu\Cell\Modules\cellVdec.cpp:337)

Manual, just vdec:

F {PPU[0x1000005] Thread (UnityMain) [0x0028ac88]} class std::runtime_error thrown: Trap!

(in file Emu\Cell\PPUInterpreter.cpp:3098)

Automatic plus manual vdec:

Game starts up, gets through menus and goes in game!

Performance sadly is poor and prevents it from being really playable. I opened up getting three straight strike outs on 9 pitches. Even if I hit the swing button the second I start to see the pitcher move, I swing a full second after the pitch is delivered. The display shows 7-14 FPS, but the input delay and presentation seems far worse.

But at the very least, with this fix we can move this to In Game.

Playable.
Leaving Ingame until there's a bit more performance
Moving back.
