Unable to test on Vulkan because of some error that crashes the emulator. (Unhandled Win32 exception 0xC0000005)
OpenGL gives slightly more, there is an intro, menu glitched, but somewhat usable and the game itself is unplayable because the output is stuck at the "loading" screen, as seen on the picture linked below. It plays sounds and music though.

OS: Windows 10 Pro

Cpu: Intel Core i5-4690
Gpu: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 MSI Armor OC 
Ram: 16GB DDR3 1600MHz
Motherboard: MSI H97M-E35

The game goes ingame with both OpenGL and Vulkan
But going ingame shows only a blackscreen, you can move around and the keys are responsive
The main menu seems a bit graphically glitchy, selecting the menu makes the letters invisible.

Since the first cuscene shows up properly and at fullspeed, I suppose the remaining cutscenes from the game do too.
