read the first post this will fix the game probably
Launcher and both games work. Audio is slightly distorted, more so in Budokai 3 during battles. Budokai 3's overworld also has a visual bug where the rippling water effect extends beyond the water and applies itself to foreground objects.

Overall, this title definitely deserves In-Game status. I haven't completed Budokai 3 yet, but I don't see anything currently stopping me. The other thread mentioned that you can't progress past the second fight in Budokai 1's story, and this is still true, but the rest of the game works.

I've uploaded a log where I booted launcher -> Budokai 3 and launcher -> Budokai 1, as well as the log of Budokai 1's crash.

The game is fully playable here, no crashes, no hangs, no graphical issues anymore.

How do you have it configured? I can't get over 30-35 fps

That log file is empty.
The log file that you uploaded is empty
Here are two logs of mine, although they are not from the exact same region (they are from BLUS30966), so I dont know how usefull they are. Also I don't know how he got that kind of performance, maybe its a really demanding game, I got around 60-65fps during battles with a i5-9400F
