Windows 10

32 GB 2933 MHz RAM

This is close to being playable. Performance isn't that bad; at its worst it's in the low 20's but regularly hovers around 27 fps on average.
I tried with default settings at first but the bloom from that was so bad it was hard to see anything in the sun.

I then modified the ZCULL Accuracy to approximate, write color buffers on, & RSX FiFo Accuracy to Atomic. That removed the bloom issue.
However there's a problem with the grass shaders: they will flicker quite a bit when moving and it's very distracting at best and potential epilepsy warning at worst.

Video link provided to showcase the grass: https://youtu.be/RQlpceTqd48

Edit: I tested with ZCULL Accuracy to relaxed and that improved the fps a little bit; some areas would achieve a consistent 30 fps, but busier areas were still in the low to mid 20s.
Then allowing Host GPU Labels fixed the flickering grass, but made the performance slightly worse.
I felt it wise to include this bit of information for future reference.
