Knowing how this engine runs with RPCS3, I'm not sure this can withstand stable 30FPS on a R5 3600 in order to be moved to Playable, needs double checking
This plays great on my 8700k, but I did have to turn the music off in the game to keep it from stuttering. Sound effects still work and the sound is solid.
I also could not get into the game unless I had the PSN Status set to RPCN.

Played for about an hour & 45 minutes and went through several races. With default settings it gets in game just fine and is stable, but the car's paint has texture issues.
With write color buffers on and everything else default, it runs at a solid 30 fps. I then increased resolution scale to 200% to run at 1440p and it was still at a consistent 30 fps.
The only issues I saw were the reflections on one of of the vehicles looked off (Image 1) and sometimes the audio would crackle when the woman talked about the vehicles in the menu, though that only happened for a few seconds.
The wiki page's settings may need to be updated as using the recommended settings there always made the game crash before it hit the menu. The only thing that feels necessary now is write color buffers for the car paint.
I would call this playable unless more game time is needed. Here's a video link of one of my races to show the performance.
