I think we can move this to "Ingame" as now we can start playing this game without any extra bootstrapping.
With the help of the .sky file,we can choose the character(the characters in Swap Force or the later version can not be "Updated" successfully ) and enjoy the game.
Make sure the "Driver Wake-Up Delay" is over 600μs so that the game won't crash easily.

I think we can move it to Playable though I have not played through the whole game. Unless the way the Portal works now does not allow it to become the Playable status, on my specs it plays fine.

As of 04/10/2021 game is definitely playable, every aspect of all story levels work, can 100% the game start to finish with no issues. (See images) Used default configurations, and both LLVM recompilers.
The only things I found not working are the DLC figures and the Console Time specific Easter Egg in the hub but those don't really count towards playability.
Notes: Can increase driver wake up delay if you experience crashes (I personally had mine at 600 and it never crashed)

Skylanders Swap Force is playable from beginning to end, with the exception of DLC Adventure pack levels. But the game can have some severe audio stutter than can be some what fixed by having a beefier CPU and using the right settings. Resolution scale over 100% does not seem to be working either without major graphical issues.
My entire playtrough:

Hi, I have noticed that the first level for me is red. I put on your settings, and the screen started to break plus the audio was breaking more often. Is there a fix for this?[
