No, the PR that fixes this game is this one https://github.com/RPCS3/rpcs3/pull/4592
It hasn't been merged yet.
This isn't working in master. But it is working in a recent WIP build (v0.0.6-2c57f5c9). From PR 5719. Link to build in description.
