So.. I don`t have Vulkan on the Renderer list... I have hottest driver updates.. but still don`t have vulkan..
P.S.
Intel Core I5-3230M CPU 2.60GHz
Gforce GT 720M

Of course you don't, your GPU doesn't have Vulkan..

Please check requirements before opening support requests
