Ingame
I tried every GPU setting but could not get the game to fill the full window, some UI and subtitle elements can render at the right location though.
If it wasn't for this issue the game would most-likely be playable.
RPCS3 v0.0.3-3-ed21bb3 Alpha
Still ingame
Graphics now properly fill the window, the title screen and a few other places such as some of the minigames are rendering too bright. RPCS3 Freezed for me a few times with no error in the log, when this is fixed should be able to move to playable.

25fps it Game speed is tied to framerate, being 25 regular speed
And minigames at 25fps also but but playable I think it is lock from game it self also . No matter because most of the game is cutscene
The game displays lighting too brightly no matter what, making at most 2 minigames slightly more difficult, but still very playable.
Thanks for the report, you're just missing the RPCS3 version identifier in the thread
