In-Game with Move and PS Eye emulation enabled.
That said, there's not much you can currently do due to the limitations of Move support right now. I was unable to swing the net, so I couldn't pass training or play any of the mini games. Even selecting from menus was a challenge.
I did encounter some graphical bugs not related to upscaling. There are some effects that do not upscale well, but could probably be dialed in with Res Scale Threshold.
