Thanks for the report, this game may be playable with a better CPU to help fix performance and audio issues. I'll try and find someone to retest.

I'll be getting an ASUS Z370 Strix Gaming-E mobo and 8700K Intel CPU in the coming weeks, so will retest then.

So I now have an i7 8700k CPU, Strix-E gaming motherboard and 32GB of 3866Mhz RAM. It has made no difference, still popping, hissing and stuttering in the sound. Interestingly, if I play it again, with the cached compiled shaders, it's a lot smoother.

Managed to play the game from start to finish.. About 10 or so crashes/freezes/loss of sound.
I've attached the error messages when it happens. Close to 20,000 shaders need to be loaded from disk, which means long load time. But with the game completed, will try it again, hopefully no crashes next time with all the shaders compiled and on disk.
I'll post the results, and hopefully the game will be fully playable from start to finish with no crashes, freezing, locking up or loss of sound.
No. While the game runs smoother with the precompiled shaders on disk, still get random crashes and sound disappearing, which prevents the game moving on. I'll keep trying with each new version of the emulator until it works from start to finish with no crashes.
This is the error that causes the crashes/freezing.

I have 30 FPS constants using Vulkan, but I have the loading screen eternally. Do you have any suggestions?
