As the thread suggests, I am new. I am trying to play well anything, mostly the spyro trilogy because I own them.

F LDR: class std::runtime_error thrown: Failed to load /dev_flash/sys/external/libfs.sprx: Invalid stream or file not found

I don't understand... Can someone spare me some of their time please?

You didn't install recent firmware. Install the latest firmware update or something from at least OFW 4 and retry.
