Bug behind stuck trophy screen identified. Both the game and I suppose rpcs3 is at fault. Essentially we are way too fast compared to a real PS3 again. However there is a patch to work around it:

Paste into patch.yml next to rpcs3.exe. Create this file if it doesn't exist.

If it shows a screen like that, I think it's labeled as "Intro". Seems you've made it as far as this guy on the US version.
No the game is playabe or at least ingame. Getting stuck on the trophy screen is probable but doesn't always happen. Restart 10 times and it works.

Got log from someone else. Moving to payable.


I had luck getting it to work fine, albeit, there was some lag once.

But afterwards, I started getting lots of flickering when I opened rpcs3 and trying again. I did update to the newer version, went from 8/23 build to 8/26/ But I've tried both old and new, and have had that issue. Issue is with BLES02241.

Honestly not sure what is causing it. I've tried all different sorts of configuration changes and it either stays on white screen or it flickers like mad.

Has anyone had this issue?

Correction, I found one that doesn't have flicker in it. My original, which I thought was 8/23 but was completely off. It was 7/29's build. rpcs3-v0.0.3-2017-07-29-0a4776d5_win64 It seems much laggier than the newer ones but the newer ones have a maddening amount of flickering.

EDIT2: Moved from the US thread, got confused as that thread talks a lot more about this version towards the end. =/
Game has some problems with the shader cache  it only loads if it's deleted bevore starting or disabled in the ini, only game i have which does this even Dragons Crown works fine with the shader cache.
Welp, I resolved it with an update to my drivers. I guess the newer one uses stuff in the newer one or something.

And yea, you need to delete the cached shader now. But otherwise, it's not an issue.

Please make a patch for BLJM61239.
It's Japanese version of Odin Sphere Leifthrasir.
Same issue stuck on trophy screen.
There's a log file in attachment.
