Ingame.

RPCS3 v0.0.21-13458-f1a37da9 Alpha
Ingame 60fps lock.
Requires Framelimiter set to auto or it will crash when loading. I also noticed safe block size helped me get ingame in career mode but wasn't required for race day. YMMV
Not playable as it crashes randomly with:
F {SPU[0x0000300] Thread (Job Manager - Job Thread) [0x026f8]} SIG: Thread terminated due to fatal error: Unknown STOP code: 0x3fff (op=0x3fff, Out_MBox=empty)
(in file C:\Users\ContainerAdministrator\AppData\Local\Temp\cirrus-ci-build\rpcs3\Emu\Cell\SPUThread.cpp:4774[:22], in function stop_and_signal)

Clicking "Play" inside emulator to try and resume after this fatal doesn't resume the game.

Audio is perfect, Graphics have an issue when driving at high speeds where the motion blur looks.. wrong. Even with WCB+100% Res scale.
I managed to get into Career Mode,

With Accurate SPU DMA
Accurate cache line stores
and Accurate PPU 128 reservations always enabled.

though doing this makes the audio stutter horrendously and pretty much unplayable
