FPS is still about 15-20 on avg. Prevents 'Playable'.

One other issue which is a regression is after a few mins of gameplay, the game switches to running at 0.5 fps with this spammed in the console:

E {rsx::thread} RSX: Dangling reports found, discarding...

Getting real close to Playable

Game varies from 20-30 fps now but can get choppy at times. As a note, after doing some reading online, the game is usually below 30fps anyway. Just one example: http://segabits.com/blog/2011/07/22/revi...ldier-ps3/

I did get a blue screen of death once and a few other random crashes. Not sure if it's related to my settings or not yet.

It'll also hit an issue sometimes where it'll slow to 0.5 fps and spam this:

Playable

No known issues remain. 3D even works. Needs Strict Rendering to fix some shading issues on Cap's suit.  Note: 95% of the places are full 30 fps, a couple crowded areas dip down a little on my i6700k.

I see that the Game is half Ingame and Playable

30fps (Sometime Drop 20fps in Cutscenes and in Gameplay Drop 25fps)
I Play With MAX Settings with FSR Upscaling 100%

You may Experience Some Rare Flickering but they don't effect the gameplay.
