Hi, first launch of GT5 [BCES00569] - closes the window game and the RPCS3 application.
Win10 (lic, last update), GTX1080 (last update), Visual C++ 2019 Redistributable (Windows Only), Core i7 3770k (Ivy bridge) - maybe the problem is in him?
Game setting: Vulkan and Lower SPU thread priority (Intel). Added patch: patches>patch.yml

No requests, but just some testing results on my end that might help everyone out and allow developers to understand the situation(s) at hand.
Version so far: 0.0.14-11506-2b8eb8de Alpha
Laptop used: Acer Nitro 5 (2020)

My experience so far:
When additional cars are in view, frame rate would either drop, get choppy, or even cause the game to get stuck, which I can't complain. The game can also get stuck when it wants to at random, but it is quite smooth. There might still be bugs in various parts of the game and the emulator which would fail and crash. For the time being, the attachments I posted are the safest settings I have for this game. Keep up the good work and let me know if we get any fixes! For now, I would say this is still InGame the way I been seeing it.
Game still isn't booting. Launches fine but then goes into a black screen and locks. Tried using all the settings from the BCUS thread but nothing was working. Looking at the performance overlay the "Guest utilization" drops to 0 straight after the window opens and never picks back up. I had it booting on an older build and older hardware only for it to crash in the first licence test but I cant remember what settings I was running. Hardware is a 5800x/32gb RAM & RX580 8gb. Log should be attached

I've been testing and to have an almost stable GT5 play.
My Specs:
Ryzen5 2600 Stock . 6/12
RTX 2070.
3000Mhz ram
I have found a few bugs that can be replicated very easy
RPCS3. 15-12120
GT5 full updated
- using:
SPU: SAFE
SPU Threads: 1
- some perfomance issues but more stable, and no audio shuttering while racing
- it craches on with "SPUThread, stop_go" when you buy a car in "Used Cars Dealership".
Using SPU: MEGA
SPU Threads: Tested all
- nice performance, in racing. but causes Micro Shuttering while racing.
Testing an old version
RPCS3. v.0.14
GT5: Not updated
Using SPU: MEGA
SPU Threads: 2
-Major perfomance improving, no shuttering while racing, can buy car in "Used Cars Dealership". but RPCS3 craches for some other reason that is not SPU related, i think.
both versions of RPCS3 using liblv2.sprx
My thoughts on the SPU, is that the SPU: MEGA version of 0.0.14 was more performance tuned and no audio issues
latest versions of 0.0.15 its impossible to use MEGA without having shuttering audio.
Later im gona test a bunch of more configurations, including GT5 removing any updates.
I'm running GT5 v.2.17 (current emulator version as of today 0.0.18-5600430a) on
R5 3600 Stock
2x8GB DDR4 Kingston HyperX 3200MHz
RX6700XT (Driver 21.5.2)
SSD
DualSense controller
My settings are:

With option "Additional Settings - Multithreaded RSX" enabled in GPU tab, seems as game is freezing much more less then without this option. I usually get 6-8h run with one to two freezes max, where without this option it usually bumps every other race. Also with this option disabled, whenever I get to car setup in race, game freezes when exiting car setup, with this enabled, I can use it without a problem. Only thing that I've noticed with this enabled, is occasionally some glitches in sky like if you GFX memory is bad.
Game is running close to 60FPS, there are dips here and there down to 30, and it is pretty playable...
Edit:
Added a Video from YT
Game crashing so much for me even with Multithreaded RSX enabled.

...maybe it has something to do with AMD cards, donno...
