Did a video here, completed full story, so I would say the game is playable, but there is a but (on my 2600X): Video
Compared to GH5/WoR where almost all venues are at a 60FPS or near, on Band Hero all venues on my 2600X, with all cores at 4150Mhz dips between 40-60FPS, with the exclusion of Hypersphere
Playable at 100% story it is (I completed the story playing at Hard/Expert, with Guitar), but probably a Ryzen 7 2700X/Ryzen 7 3700X and onwards from that the game will run at steady 60 FPS
