Intel® Core™ i7-9700F CPU @ 3.00GHz | 8 Threads | 15.93 GiB RAM | TSC: 3.000GHz | AVX+ | FMA3 | TSX
Windows, Major: 10, Minor: 0, Build: 19045, Service Pack: none, Compatibility mode: 0
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER' running on driver 536.23.0.0

Gets past the initial loading screens and runs decently in-game. But there are occasional artifacts and flickering. On my first attempt, it crashed within 20 seconds of getting in-game. On my second attempt, I was able to play for about 10 minutes and got halfway through the level before crashing again. Should definitely be marked as "ingame."

Does the Atomic fixes random freezes? Because when I enabled that option, the game no longer freezes.

The game is now playable. The framerate is consistent and I haven't encountered any crashes in my 2 hours of playtime after setting RSX FIFO Accuracy to Atomic. The only issues I've observed are exaggerated bloom and some flickering during initial shader compilation.

I can also confirm that the PSN version is playable too.
I had to disable online network, to get into the game. If I have the Network enabled it just sits on the title screen and never goes into game.
Here is video of my terrible game-play, without the Network enabled.

That's odd. I played with network enabled, I even played with another person on community servers.
