my specs are a ryzen 9 4900hs rtx 2060 max q 16gb ram 1tb ssd
Its locked to 60fps all the time
you sure? 'playable' means the game can be completed from start to finish. it doesnt just mean you have full speed fps for the first 10 minutes on the first level (as all your pics suggest)

Beaten the game from start to finish. FPS is stable. (HDD data is successfully installed). Graphic/Cutscenes are well-rendered. Sound/Effects are clearly working.
# Gameplay FPS = (59~60)
# Cutscenes stable (59~60)

Heh, wow. Weird that the game I wanted to post about was at the top of the list. I got RPCS3 because Xenia was completely unstable playing this game. Anyway, my findings are the same as quicksilver's.
I found that as soon as I messed with the Default Resolution the game would completely fall off the rails. Changing the Default Resolution to 1080 made emulator boot to a black screen with audio playing. However, changing the Resolution scaling would cause horrible tearing and massive input delay and the game to lag, but changing the scaling threshold to 1024x1024 fixed it, although he chose 512x512 which would probably be more efficient.
