Load liblv2.sprx only ( Same results as loading automatically required libs )

Cutscenes go like a charm but in main menu and ingame only 5 FPS, i guess that is lack due my low end GPU

I tested it on Vulcan and I got constant freezes in menu I cannot even go to rally. On OpenGL It works with 3-5fps, some missing textures, and game sometime freezes.
Performance doesn't meet our playable standards, and if it works well with Vulkan there's no need to try OpenGL since it will just be slower.
Will have to wait for someone with a faster cpu to test this one.

Needs more performance, try it with SPU LLVM, if it's still slow then don't worry.
