Actually ingame with PPU interpreter, graphics are partially broken.
Log is in 2 parts.

Show an Intro Looping.  Created savegame gets damaged at intro menu, request to delete it. Then repeat whole process over and over.

Stuck at Intro.  Autosave is NOT working at all.

Ingame, graphics are broken same as PSN version. There is flickering verticies and such. Not fixable with any setting.
