all version of RPCS3 Has the same problem

Use the latest RPCS3 version: https://rpcs3.net/download

Then download a PS3 firmware update (https://www.playstation.com/en-us/suppor...dates/ps3/) and install it from rpcs3 menu tools -> install firmware.

Try again.

The Game is Playable but freeze in Some battles

You didn't do what I told you to do, use the latest RPCS3 version and then reinstall firmware after updating.

RPCS3 > Tools > Install Firmware > config RPCS3 and open game

The problem literally is that when the characters use their ultimate the game is freeze in SRW OG III in F is not playable after Stage 2

You literally aren't using the latest version, your log file starts with:

Download the .zip from the link, replace whatever .exe you are starting with the one you just downloaded. And when you are actually running v. 0.0.2 reinstall firmware.

Try this: in settings tick "load liblv2.sprx only" and in the modules list tick "libvdec.sprx". Leave every other module unchecked, they will be selected automatically.
