error dialog pops up on first screen, can't close it and can't get passed first screen.

As of 08/27/18, I face the same error with this version of the emulator.

Game doesnt even start up anymore receives a fatal error now
crashes on start

Game now plays all mini-games work however game cannot be saved
with random crashes when loading up new stages but once it compiles them without crashing
the game works fine only problem is the saving says it fails to store save file

Game now properly installs and plays however the game cannot be saved 

I was able to play for about 4 hours of the main story just to see how far I could go but unfortunately the pc had a windows update i was about 35% done with the first playthrough since I wasnt going for the best ending im going to see if I can grab my ps3 save and inject it here see if it saves that way i'll update if it works below is a video on the PV system that lets u enjoy the music

Edit: Unfortunately there are some crashes when you play the main story with special bursts with regular burst the game works fine seems on my first playthrough i got lucky by not using those random crashes happen when using the dlc burst as well
Edit2:Special burst DLC bursts work fine in PV mode
Edit3: added the new logs to the recent crash
Edit4:I could play the game from start to finish random crashes though
Edit5: Save problem was on my end

Your first report was missing log file, your second was a duplicate thread, please do not make duplicate threads. My apologies about that well i found my save problem i seem to have forgotten that i had put my old save in there encrypted once i decrypted it it was working fine I was able to play the game from start to finish only problem is the game has random crashes

How frequent are the crashes though? If it's happening all the time then it's not playable. And, do you have any log files with the crash?

the crashes are rare for me now since ive beat the game multiple times for me but the next crash ill update this post with the logs

 but it still does crash sometimes loading up the game doing the mem access violation as in the above thing i put
