This game appears to be playable now. I DID NOT use the wiki settings, and the game played fine for me.
Everything was set to default and I just added a few setting, but it played with defaults..
Here are 2 screen shots of my CPU and GPU settings, as well as a short video showing it working.
This is not my style of game, so if someone would like to test it more and make it official, then by all means. upload your log and do the steps.
I'm just gonna keep going thru all these "In Game Games" and see which are playable now. Since most of these post are years old and no one seems to be following up on them.
My thoughts are the updates to the emulator have surely enabled some more games to work, that were just in game. So far I've found many that are playable to me, and I will share them as I get time.
