Try interpreters if you ever have memory access violations, it's common for PPU Interpreter to fix the issue. And the other ID's for this game are listed as ingame.

Game has a green glitchy screen in the first menu. I believe the cutscenes as well, but I'm not certain because when I started a new game all I could see was a green screen. It has consistent frames of 30fps while playing, but it freezes at random times. No telling what's causing the freeze.
