You say its 30fps, but your video shows it going down to 16fps after around a minute. And the video is only short, who knows how bad it gets later on? doesn't look like you played this for very long either.
It does look like it's probably playable but, really need a proper report showing that the frame-rate is better than that on faster systems. The game is only 2hours long to finish, so it should really be finished. I will try and finish it today.
EDIT: got about 10 seconds into the game then fps dropped to 14 here. This is in no way playable as im sure there will be more performance dips later and, i have a high end Ryzen R7 1700 @3.9GHz. Your 30fps screenshot is pointing towards a damn wall and looks like you just turned the camera around for a fake 30fps screen. If you faced the other way it would be around 15fps like in your video. I'm going to have to issue a warning, because these invalid playable reports are just wasting a lot of my time.
For anyone testing this in the future, it needs Anisotropic filtering set to automatic, and 100% resolution scaling (but 512x512 resolution threshold will likely fix the res scaling issues too).
