Intro
It freezes here with an access violation but you can get past it by using PPU interpreter (fast)
After starting a new game and watching/skipping the cutscene one of two things will happen.
Vulkan: The game will play in the background but screen is black, even with WCB + Strict Rendering Mode
OpenGL: After the cutscene finishes the screen will be black and the game has frozen (without a fatal error)
Ingame with graphical issues (can move around)
