Ingame. Blur (that may be fixable with settings) and an unstable yet generally high fps.

Playable! I tried multiple levels and the pod races. Everything was a locked 30fps, and while setting vblank to 120hz made the game run in fast motion, it showed me that I could hit 60 in everywhere except the open areas in Downtown. Performance is good.
Excessive blur from Depth of Field is fixed with illusion's patch (Manage > Game Patches) OR enabling Force CPU Blit (recommend patch instead as performance will be better. But if you REALLY want to use it... The setting can be found by enabling debug tab https://wiki.rpcs3.net/index.php?title=H...figuration )
Black screen on second area (Downtown) is fixed with Write Color Buffers on GPU Tab.
