With startup.sdat and shaders.sdat decrypted.

In PR 2390, same. .sdat files are already decrypted.

With 9a801ce, plays intro movie. Then, black screen.

With rpcs3-v0.0.4-2017-12-26-e768bdc8_win64, goes ingame with heavily broken graphics.

I've renamed the name of this thread because this is a German version of the game. BRD stands for Bundes Republik Deutschland.
