It keeps giving me the error 0x000007b,which is "The application was unable to start correctly". I have installed x86 and x64 MSVCP,even repaired and restarted my computer but it still does not work.

You probably have the wrong version of the Visual C++ runtime still. You need this one: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download...x?id=48145

Make sure you downloaded from here: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/rpcs3/rp.../artifacts

And post more information like what OS you have and such.
