You can try to test it and report the issues that make the emulation not being able to progress if they aren't reported yet.
Apart from that, devs usually work to fix the emulator in general, not to fix a specific game.
Although they do/did pick specific games to fix stuff until it looks just like it would on a real PS3 if it's near to Playable and easy to fix.

I tested the game and it does not even boot
But on the upside I think they might be working on a port for that game on the PC

what makes you think they working on a port for the pc, cyberphy?
