You could try LLE libspurs_jq.rpx too.
With spurs_jq, it's the same.
With rpcs3-v0.0.4-2017-12-19-f24491de_win64, shows an autosave screen and Capcom's logo, and then it hangs.

stats: playable

ingame at 59 to 60fps all the time.

and i play it for 1 hour and it's fine and no crash or freeze at all
