Well I tried enabling more libraries and still yields same results. Is there anything at this point I can do to get it to work?

Why is it hard to understand thats it not playable yet?

If you still want to play it you can use Playstation Now. It gives you a free 7-day trial then charges you, which you can always just nope out.
