I am using Dell laptop that GPU support Opengl up to 4.4 and the latest driver installed

CPU: Amd A4-4300m
GPU HD7650m
4GB RAM
Win7 x64

Running After burner climax with latest git-e42c797 with bad rendering surface, rollback to git-863d963 with no problem

The render glitch are fixed in 8cb85da even the sea incorrect rendering
