Hello everyone,

i have some issues with starting the emulator. Everytime,
i try it, i get this error message :

Code:
{PPU[0x1] Thread (main_thread) [0x00547618]} sys_mmapper: sys_mmapper_allocate_address(size=0x10000000, flags=0x40a, alignment=0x0, alloc_addr=*0xd007fac0)

The message :

Code:
cellAudioInSetDeviceMode():
(in file C:\rpcs3\rpcs3\Emu\Cell\Modules\cellAvconfExt.cpp:98)

is strange, because the path for RPCS3 ist not on C: and i have also
no file, which is called "cellAvconfExt.cpp". Huh

But obviously, the problem ist the audio device, i guess ??? Undecided

I'm using RPCS3 0.0.1-5-9d01396 with Windows 7 ( 64 - Bit )
on a Intel i5 QuadCore 3.1 Ghz with 8 GB RAM and a NVIDIA
GTX 550 TI.

I have no idea about the reason for this "crash", so i hope,
you can give me some advices how to fix. Rolleyes

Many thanks in further.

Code:
cellAudioInSetDeviceMode():
(in file C:\rpcs3\rpcs3\Emu\Cell\Modules\cellAvconfExt.cpp:98)
This means that the cellAudioInSetDeviceMode() function in cellAvconfExt.cpp isn't implemented yet. Try LLE loading that lib to see if the emulation goes further.

C:\rpcs3\rpcs3\(...)
This path is relative to the system on which the build you're using was compiled. It doesn't need to exist on your system.

Hi Annie,

thank you for your quick reply. Smile

Can you perhaps tell me in a few steps, how to do that ?

Thanks

Basically, you need to go to "Settings -> Core" and under "Load libraries" tick the box for "libsysutil_avconf_ext".

If you don't have the external modules, there's an explanation about them in RPCS3 for Newcomers

Most games require at least a few core libraries LLE loaded, testing games without them won't wield the best possible emulation scenarios. Common libraries to be loaded are libsre, libspurs, libresc and libfiber.

Hi Annie,

unfortunally, if i'm turning on "libsysutil_avconf_ext" and start the game,
i get al lot of "LDR: Unknown function" error messages :

Do i have a chance to fix it and run the game ?

Thanks a lot ! Shy

Those LDR outputs are irrelevant, try starting the emulation anyways and see what happens.
Also, attach the full log once you do so.
