I downloaded the newest build and it won't open giving me massage "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer."

I tryed downloading some other build (rpcs3 revision d5ead0d) from May 21, 2015 and it opens without problems.

I wanted to try downloading some other builds too to see what is the last one I can open but rapidgator allows only one file per hour so I can't do that now.

Anyway I wanted to let you know about this problem if you don't know about it yet and if you do know about it then is there any way to fix it?

Which is the "latest" build you downloaded?

Yes, that is the one I downloaded that I can't open.

Sorry for posting in wrong area.

What OS are you using? I was able to open it on Windows 7 x64

My OS is win 7 x64 too.

Also raidgator countdown is over so i downloaded revision 303a109 from 02-08-2016 and I can't open that one eater, gives me the same message.
