is here a Tutorial that me shows what i`m need to play a CD /DVD

what i`m need ?

Install Firmware CFG / BIOS ? ( I ask not who is a Link )

You'll need a PS3 with Custom Firmware, to obtain the firmware files, game files and the decryption files for the game.
If you want to actually play any games, play them on a PS3, as you'll need a PS3 anyways.
