i have this error when start this solf, i have already installed C++ 2015, 2013 and tried everything i can to solve it but still not work, please help me Sad

Download the redistributable once more then.

Dont use 32bit os
Install 64bit VS redistributables. Newest versions.
Make sure you have SSE 4.1 CPU
