*almost* goes ingame with LLE Tongue

Tested on recent master build. Finally goes ingame, but unfortunately graphics still is too broken. Requires libSre, Fiber and L10n LLE'd.

You need the .rap file to place under dev_hdd0\home\00000001\exdata
