what problems do you have, you don't see previous post? There's written which LLE's need to use.

because this emulator don't have any settings for fps increasing
Only OpenGL ---> Vulkan (or DX12) and PPU, SPU Interpreter ---> Recompiler.

Where i can find these two LLE's? I downloaded that MEGA pack and these two are not there. I set my config like yours(without these two LLE's) and while the game was loading I got 660 fps but during the game I got at maximum 33fps. And my game have no sound.
Edit: Actually I think I'm not looking in the right place, I do not have a LLE's menu equal to what the one i saw on youtube. Can anyone help me here? It is the first time I test a game in this emulator...

I forgot something? I have no sound and can not reach 60fps
Use this settings for 60+++ FPS
